The demo form does not request identity documents, payment details, or special categories of personal data. Demo consent does not cover marketing messages.
3. Processing and location
The website server validates the request and sends it to the operator's CRM to create a lead. Employees who handle enquiries have access to the data. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, updating, use, restriction, and deletion as needed. The website and CRM servers are located in Russia. The operator limits access and protects data in transit. Infrastructure and analytics providers process information only as needed for the stated purposes.
4. Retention
Demo requests are kept in the CRM for no more than 12 months from submission, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect the operator's rights. After that, or when the purpose is fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymized unless another lawful ground applies. Email and phone enquiries are kept until the correspondence and related obligations are complete.
5. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction, or deletion where provided by law, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@delayou.biz. To locate the request and prevent disclosure to others, the operator may ask you to confirm the contact details you provided. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on another lawful ground.
6. Cookies and analytics
Theme and analytics preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. Yandex Metrica counter 93787801, including Webvisor, starts only after you accept analytics.
