Consent to personal data processing

Before submitting a Delayou demo request, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing described below.
Operator

Purpose and data
The purpose is to contact me about my request, arrange a Delayou demo, and answer related questions. The data includes my name, phone number, and browser time zone if available. The date and time of submission and the version of this consent are recorded to confirm my choice.
Actions and processing
The operator collects, records, organizes, stores, updates, uses, restricts, deletes, and destroys the data as appropriate. The website server automatically forwards the request to the operator's CRM; employees then use it to respond. The website and CRM servers are in Russia. This consent does not cover marketing messages.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until its purpose is fulfilled or I withdraw it. The CRM keeps the request for no more than 12 months from submission, unless longer retention is required by law or needed to protect the operator's rights. I can withdraw consent by writing to info@delayou.biz with the phone number used in the request. The operator then stops processing and deletes the data as required by law unless another lawful ground applies.
How consent is given
I select a separate, initially empty checkbox before submitting the form. A request cannot be submitted without consent. More information is in the privacy policy.
